The Client is a Healthcare major that provides inpatient, outpatient and ambulatory services with pharmacies, ambulatory care sites and integrated high facility clinical Labs. The hospital was looking for a scalable, cost-effective IT platform to support its state-of-the art facilities.

Solution

The solution was to establish a real-time patient care management solution with integrated pharmacy and lab management system that would allow hospital to revitalize its legacy systems. Critical hospital functions including inpatient waitlists, theatre admission lists, patient admissions, outpatient clinic appointments and patient billing were successfully implemented in the hospital solution.
